An international leader in the labor market needed to increase the efficiency of the sales team. Salespeople had no overview of the most important opportunities in the CRM, manually searched for leads in the DWH/CRM, and there was a lack of consistency between segmentation and daily activities.

Solution
We created a Daily Activity Feed in the CRM that automatically delivers a list of top opportunities to contact to salespeople every morning. AI prioritizes leads based on the probability of conversion, customer history, and trigger events (e.g., contract expiration, new position, company growth).
How We Solved It
AI model generates every morning at 8:00 a priority list of the top 10 opportunities for each salesperson. The model analyzes the data warehouse, CRM history, firmographic data, and trigger events. Each salesperson sees exactly whom to call today.
Automated integration Data Warehouse → CRM moves relevant events and opportunities directly into the CRM without manual searching. The salesperson does not need to open DWH queries - everything is in the CRM with the client.
Trigger events monitoring tracks key events: contract expiration in 30-60-90 days, churn risk (reduced activity), expansion opportunity (new branch, team growth). The system alerts the salesperson immediately.
Every client in the daily feed has personalized recommendations: whom to contact (decision maker), with what messaging (renewal, upsell, cross-sell), and ideal timing (e.g., 'call within 3 days').
Real-time dashboard shows the tracking of sales activities and conversion rates. Management can see who is working effectively with the feed and who needs coaching.
